Hay guys, I've been listening to the Howerd Stern show for the last few days and I can't beleave what is going on south of the Great White North. The Censoreship in the US is totaly out of controle, and I must say I feel sort of bad for every red blooded American male in the US of A. On Stern, just today, I discovered for the first time that they didn't show T'Pols ass on StarTrek: Enterprise when it aired a few weeks ago. Up here in the land of the "Frozen Chozen" it was seen plain as day. Although I thought it was just the upper half of Jolean's butt, acording to Mr. Skin (www.mrskin.com) it was a full butt shot.

I hope you guys can get G.W. out of office before he destroys everything your fore father fought for to begin with. Think about it, the collinist took on (what was then) the most powerful Empire in the world. They were tired of having the Brittish tell them what to do, and how to live. Now George W. Bush is going to tell the American people what they can or can't say/do or maybe even think. If there was one thing I alwayed admired about you Yanks was your patriotism.
Maybe some of you whent to the extream, but I must admit that your pride in your country made me love my country even more. I looked at what you had, and though "well we have all that stuff up here too." so I never let anybody get away with saying my country suck either.When somebody try's to tell me that where thier from is better then where they are, I tell them to go the hell back. I realy hope you guys won't take it from theas FCC Natzi's anymore then the Alies took it from Hitlers vertion.

Don't I have the right to be a bad speller ? Truthfully I don't have the slightest idea how to use the forums spell check or I would. In fact I just tried too, and can't even fined a spell check ?!?!

Most people in this circumstance type up a "draft" of there post on MS Word, and use that program's spellchecker. Then they copy and paste the checked document into the thread, usual methods. Sounds a bit anal I know, but being clearly understood by everyone is just such a *good* thing to have m8...

Anyway, I'm not trying to sound preachy to you m8, and so far as cencorship goes, I'm with you fully. Some people in your government need to take there heads out of there arses and start tackling the *real* issues that face your country. One of them being your choice of President...

Hmmm... last time I checked, ************... yes the word I just spelled is no worse than any other slur. If you'd like, I can list out all of the other ones that exist. Seriously folks, if a single word can make you pissed off enough to support censorship, then consider yourself a fascist. So many people get on this patriotic kick, but when the question of the freedom of speech comes up, they decide to limit it far beyond what is sensible. And yes, Venray, our forefathers didn't fight for the baring of an ass on TV, but if you have to go that far back in our history to come up with rationales for current policy, then it seems pretty obvious that you're living in the past.

This is the 21st century... a time when we should support freedom to its fullest, regardless of party... The Bill of Rights makes it pretty obvious that we have the freedom to say what we want, print what we want, broadcast what we want, own guns, have abortion, allow euthanasia, marry gay people, and of course, the right to use whatever substances you want to as long as you're not hurting someone else in the process. Granted, it's gonna be a long time before we actually wake up and realize that true freedom is when the government only takes care of the bare necessities and leaves you the fuck alone in your personal life.
