I understand perfectly why it’s not wanted here but just responding to one line I wrote took everything I said out of context. However, the implication I am getting is that those who are against Non-Con are in some way weak to those who are for it.

The Non-Con people seem to indulge in the power of taking over somebody against their will, and those that fight against it are in some way weak.

What they fail to realize is that the truly weak are those who cannot control their own impulses and desires. They cannot separate themselves from the fetish that has taken over their thoughts and must indulge. A matter of fact...it is those instincts that make them weak. We, as a species, have developed will power. We have thought control, yet some of us cannot seem to grasp that concept.

The strong have the power to understand personal space and respect another person's space.

Are searches without warrants proper for law enforcement

Is making abortions legal proper (or illegal)

Are quotas for employment proper

Is it proper to draft young men and make them go to war

You can legislate and have an obligation to legislate anything that infringes on the natural rights of others.

If this was only involved YOU...than I would no issue. It doesn't! It involves others and them not wanting to be touched. That is infringing on their personal space, and right to their own bodies. It should be dealt with properly.

I see where Sadism and masochism could be involved. However, I still find in that realm that all parties involved give consent. At least in a general sense. I understand that you have some who are Sadist along with being a sociopath which would lead to a whole different set of problems.


Consent is a key word here, and if none is given then nobody has a right to infringe on another person.
