It won't let me in

Hi

Please help? Up until today (was working fine last night!) I have been able to get into the chatroom. Today when I tried it said I was unable to enter and to make sure the server was working and I had the right host name....?

I have not changed anything on my PC so please could you tell me what to do? 😱 I am not very computer-literate so please tell me in very basic language! lol

I'm sorry i can't help. Sense i joined ( last month i think ) i haven't been able to enter a chat room or make a new thread.

Crystlamb, I dont know about the new thread, but to get into the chat, try going to a site called www.sunmicrosystems.com, and click an option called "Download Java", and get a new java. Doing so can help people get into the chatroom.

What happens when you try to create a thread? What message do you get?

Same for the room, what happens when you click the log in link in the chat forum?
