I've lost 23 lbs!

Well it's taken me 7 months so maybe it's not that impressive but I've managed to loose 23 lbs. I was 316 lbs last August (around the middle of the month) but now I'm down to 292 or 293. I clearly still have a long way to go before I reach my goal of 180 lbs but I'm working on it.

I lost 28 lbs in 4-5 months in 2005, and went from 197 to 169.

I have high BP and high cholesterol, so the Dr wants me to keep my weight under control.

I've heard, a pound or two pounds a week, is a good goal to try for if you can.

Yep I heard 8/month is s good standard. Plus I'm really heavy and if I lose it to quick I will have a boat load of lose skin.
