well hon...you and my hubby are proud of me..i was very very upset on sunday night, and wanted a cigarette soo badly..we were driving back to the hotel from his brother's..and i was crying for some reason...his family always makes me so damn jittery...well anyway, i said i need a cigarette..david had a pack and handed it to me...i grabbed it and clutched it in my hand, still sobbing...we pulled up to the hotel parking lot, and i said i'll smoke one out here..then i said..wait i don't want this cigarette..not at this point..so he took them back and threw them away..i suppose that was a strong moment, the fact that i gave them back to david unopened...

but today i want one so fucking bad..damn damn...this is not easy...i need a support group..hmm wonder if there is one around my area...

his family seemed glad for me..but this is a family who doesn't drink, smoke, or cuss....every time i got back in the car i would say fuck fuck fuck...just to say it..and they kept pushing food on us..even when we said nooo...so i told david in the car i said....would they be surprised if i suddenly stood up and said...Take that fucking food and fucking shove it??? hehe...not his mom of course..i love his mom...but his brothers...thank goodness i married the only really normal one in that family..and david wondered why i wanted a cig so badly???? hehe

I did it..i think...

After a slip up, in which i'm rather ashamed of myself for, i did it...it's been a month since my last cigarette...and i hardly feel any cravings whatsoever...and to think i didn't want to quit...wow..so i believe i am smoke free now...for those of you who would like to quit, but are having lots of difficulty, i recommend the chantix program...it worked for me..

even when i smoked, i didn't cough during a tickle session..i never inhaled that deeply......

i am smoke free....a whole month and counting....
