Jackson Arrest Warrant

who would let their child go to Michael Jackson's Ranchif he has had allegations like this before and the kid should have kick him in the nuts so they got enlarged in his nostrils..

I'd have to say, if the kid did that, and that happened, it would sure look funny 😛

I don't have a problem with the rich when they're just living their lives.

And maybe this is a topic for another thread, but in the context of this one, I'm really fed up with a ridiculously unfair justice system. Yes, in other countries the justice systems are unfair, but we should have the best because we have so much freedom.

I'm fed up with seeing poor people suffer because the courts are too lazy to give them real justice. They could care less for someone who is poor, and the rich have an easy ride. I have a good friend at work who lost her kids to an asshole husband because he had money, and could afford a high priced lawyer. She is a waitress, and had to represent herself in court, no lawyer at all. God must have been with her for a while, because she did win custody for a short time, but in the end she didn't stand a chance. Yes, people can get public defenders, but I know people who work in the legal system. They tell me of public defenders who show up drunk, or hung over. Or, hell, don't bother showing up at all! All they want to ever do is plea bargain if they do bother to show up to defend you.

Look at Winona Ryder. She shoplifts thousands of dollars of merchandise, gets a celebrity lawyer, has people to massage the press, and she comes off scot free. Now, if that were some janitor or table busser, or any otherwise poor person, who had the exact same problem, and shoplifted that merchandise, their ass would be in jail!

Or look at sports stars and professional athletes - these guys can do whatever the hell they want, and except in rare cases, go away unconvicted. And on and on and on...

Someone mentioned a thought that I felt could nearly disprove God's existence in a thread a while back. Many of us believe that if there is a heaven, and we get there, obviously we will be tickling someone! I mean, come on! We spend half the time tickling, and the other half praising and thanking God that He let us do all that tickling.

Then someone said, hey, wouldn't a pedophile's dream of heaven be a harem of kids? The only way around that is if God sent them straight to hell, or "cured them" before they made it pass the pearly gates - I'll let other's here debate that one.

Well Michael Jackson's living heaven on Earth! I mean, come on! Does anyone else look at that Neverland Ranch, and think my God, this man is living the dream of every pedophile in history! He has millions of dollars, has built a whole ranch! He's not hiding in the corner, or slinking around some back alley. He has hundreds of children visit! How exactly do people get into Neverland Ranch? I've heard it's from invitation.
That's fucked up.

People talk a lot about the parents, ohh, what were the parents thinking? I'm thinking, I see "A" parent, but not a lot of parent"S". I'm seeing a lot of women, but not a lot of dads around Neverland Ranch. Of all the news footage, and footage of Jackson supporters, I see kids and moms. Don't pedophiles usually seek out single moms, because they will take in the man because they think he cares for them, but he is only after their children? And, if the dad were around, he'd shoot them before they could get near his kids. It's mostly, if not all, young boys who visit Neverland, and not girls. An investigator said that after these kids reach a certain age, Michael dumps them, and moves on to befriend other young boys. You don't see him hanging around a lot of people his own age.

If a person is accused of this crime, the LAST thing they should do is pay off the family to silence them like he did in 1993. They should fight this till the day they die. Michael Jackson is really acting guilty.

I'm a real forgiving guy - when someone is remorseful. Rush Limbaugh got hooked on drugs, got off drugs, put himself in rehab - I say Great Job! If Martha Stewart had simply apologized when all that crap with her started, she could have saved her business and shareholders millions of dollars, and quickly repaired her reputation. If the Catholic Church would have handled their own molestation crisis better, and not fought it until they couldn't fight it any more, maybe they would still have revelance in America. They opposed the war in Iraq - everyone laughed at them. The Pope wouldn't even visit America when he was right there in Canada! The public isn't so much quick to forgive, they just get busy looking for someone else to attack. It's no fun attacking someone who fesses up and humbly asks forgiveness.

Michael Jackson should have fessed up a decade ago. And I don't think he has any worries about reaching for the soap if a miracle happens and he is convicted - he'll be dead before he gets to that point. Yes, someone will surely want to be known as the guy who killed Michael Jackson.

Jackson is a wierdo freak for sure, but I'm not sure he is a pedophile. I'm not saying he isn't, but some things still seem fishy to me. The guys around kids all the time. I mean hundreds and hundreds, hell maybe even thousands, and we have only two allegations. One was settled in a civil court. The parents dropped all criminal charges. Does that seem strange to anybody? In addition many of those kids that are around Michael Jackson in current and past years claim the man is incapable of doing such a thing. I'm not saying he is innocent, but I'm not ready to convict the man just yet.

PS

Will the damn liberal media please leave Michael Jackson alone.

Yeah, a weirdo and a freak. I agree with you though. I'm not ready to convict him either. I find it very *very* strange that these parents allow their kids to spend the night, etc. They *know* the rumors.
I do think he has some mental disturbance that causes him to have this urge to hang around with, sleep (actually sleep), whatever with kids. This trait is obviously abnormal. Even if his actions are not child molestation, his situation is the epitome of "playing with fire", and it looks like he's going to wind up with a third degree burn before it's over.

It'll probably fall off like his nose! 😛

I guess innocent until proven guilty does not mean anything anymore. So let's form the lynch mob.

oh really?

Let's see you think that way if he were sleeping with your kids in the bed. Don't try to sell no wolf tickets here buddy😀

Innocent until proven guilty?

I marvel at how people in general lose their minds when child abuse is suspected. As soon as anything looks at all suspicious, people wet their maternal pants and the lynch mob is born. The mindset seems to be "guilty unless proven innocent beyond any shadow of a doubt, and even then we'll probably still not be convinced."

Manofmystery, I can imagine 3 possible reasons for your post:

1) You enjoy to provoke
2) You meant that as a cynical or satirical remark
3) You haven't got much of a human being in you

In case 2), your joke failed. In cases 1) or 3), you're no discussion partner for me. :sowrong:

In many (if not the majority of) instances, I agree with that statement. Child molestation is perhaps the most disgusting crime known to man, and the allegation of such carries a tremendous amount of power: whether said accusation is true or not. It is an accusation which can easily ruin the life of someone who is wrongly accused. Personally, I think child molestation (along with forcible rape) should be a crime eligible for capital punishment. However, I also think EXTREME caution needs to be exercised by the authorities in bringing such a charge. I also think that the various media outlets need to report such allegations in a responsible, non-sensationalized manner, so as to do as little damage to a party who is proven innocent as is possible.

In this case, however, I believe that Mr. Jackson has hung himself with his own rope, so to speak. Michael Jackson has admitted, on multiple occasions, to sleeping (alone) with children. Not his own children, mind you, or children to whom he is a blood relation or parental (custodial) figure... Just other people's children, whom he invites over to his house to "play." This admission alone is cause for concern.

Michael Jackson has faced allegations of child molestation before, and beaten them. However, the previous case was dropped SOLELY because the alleged victim was not allowed to testify. The victim's parents claimed that they were acting on the advice of their child's psychologist. Nevertheless, before withdrawing his testimony, the victim was able to describe and/or identify distinguishing features of Michael Jackson's body which would normally be covered by one's garments. Not to belabor the obvious, but it is NOT acceptable for a grown man to bring other people's children into his home and disrobe in front of them.

Whether guilty of outright molestation or not, it is clear that Michael Jackson has acted in an unacceptable manner with children. If nothing else, the current public outcry is useful in that it encourages parents to keep their children as far from this man as is humanly possible. Why they would need encouragement in the first place is beyond me, as is why someone would allow their child to spend the night, unsupervised, in the home of a fully grown and highly eccentric man...

I'm just guessing here, but I would say it is number one. He certainly exhibits classical "troll" behavior...
