again, do you read your posts before you post them? first of all, about Allen Iverson. since you supposedly know everything, do some research on this guy's past. he even still hangs out with the "boyz" from his past. he can give to charities, kudos to him. still doesnt change the fact he lives "Thug life".
now for the Kobe case. here's why i think Kobe didnt do it. NOT because he said so, but what has been presented. let's see if you can pay attention. woman says Kobe raped her, Kobe says he had sex, but it was consentual. so it is a "he said/she said" case. okay, let's look at physical evidence. no bruises around her neck where she said Kobe forced his hand on her. she has a small bruise on her jaw. the "damage" in her vagina was minimal. it wasnt ripped apart, it wasnt torn, it had a few cuts. like the defense lawyers said, that damage is consistent with a woman who has had sex with 3 different men, in 3 days. wait! defense lawyers are supposed to say some crazy things like that right? however, lo and behold, the panties she wore during the rape examination didnt have Kobe's DNA and pubic hair, it had semen and pubic hair of a white male. if i recall, Kobe isnt a white male. the girl later on admits she had sex with a white male a day or two before the Kobe encounter. but here's the wierd part. would you wear previously worn underwear? seems kind of nasty that you would pull out previously worn underwear and take that to an examination. or is it possible (and this is my own theory) she had sex again AFTER Kobe Bryant? which would make it 3 guys in 3 days. that last part is my own theory, we have to wait and see what actually comes out.
in a "he said/she said" case, credibility is HUGE. let's see, the girl has a history of mental problems. seems like she is always craving attention, negative or positive. (American Idol tryout, suicide attempts, etc). if the girl had nothing to hide in her past that would ruin her credibility, why would the prosecution try so hard to hide her past and not have her testify? because she has a credibility problem.
also keep in mind that the police detective that the prosecution brought up, contradicted his own self. he testified that she told him during a post rape interview, she told Kobe "no". then when the defense attorneys cross examined him, he admits that she never told him during the FIRST interview that she didnt tell Kobe "no". it was a LATER interview where she says she told Kobe "no". gee, what's going on? the girl also admits that she went to Kobe's room, on her own free will, and even started the kissing and groping. now, if she was truly raped, it wouldnt matter, but again, this girl's credibilty is shaky.
based on what has been told in court, not public opinion, why would i NOT believe Kobe Bryant? now Neutron, can you give your version on why you think he did it? is it because he is a pro athlete? that's pretty weak and you know it. c'mon, be a man and write down why you think Kobe is guilty. because she said so? a girl who's credibility is weak? again, for a guy who thinks he knows everything, you sure give a WEAK case. i expected more from you.
