...when you are being tickled. Why would do you say that, especially when you know what will then happen... 


I will shout out something like "NOT THERE!" when a particularly ticklish spot is discovered. It's not intentional, and certainly not something that is well-thought out - it's more like a knee-jerk reaction to get the tickling to stop... that impulsive utterance is (more often than not) regretted shortly after because the opposite usually ends up happening. Evil 'lers 😉
I do it as a form of reverse psychology, hoping that's exactly what they'll do.
It works.
addendum: tbh, i mostly just yell "I CAN'T. I CAN'T. I CAN'T." over and over again. no clue what it is that i can't do, but apparently i'm very enthusiastic about it.
