When you are tickled, Do you try to be tough and resist the tickling? Even if you are tied up and helpless, Do you still fight the tickling? Can you resist it? Or is it useless to fight? How long can you hold out?
 
Yes. It sometimes works! If you can hold out long enough the other person will eventually start to feel stupid and stop, or at least move to a different, hopefully more tolerable spot.
 
Sometimes I just relax and don't fight it, but other times my husband will challenge me to see how long I can keep quiet and resist laughing. He'll tease me while I'm trying to be tough which makes it so much harder...he'll be like "You know it tickles, you know you can't ignore it!"
 
I will always try, but usually fail after a while. And by after a while, I mean as soon as my ler finds a spot that REALLY tickles.
 
To me its a lot like a pain response, I can block it out*but with the right Ler, I certainly don`t*
 
Resisting is one of my favorite parts. I like to see how far I can push myself and how much I can take. Also it usually makes the ler more attentive and try harder to make me give in, but yeah that teasing me crap cuts right through that. As soon as they point out the blush in my cheeks or the hint of a smile, I usually cave in and can't hold back anymore.
 
If I'm tied up, almost 99.9% of the time I've agreed to be tied up, which means that I know I'm not going anywhere.. Yes, it might be human instinct to resist and avoid something that tickles.. But knowing the circumstances ahead of time (being tied), I just focus on letting the laughter out.. If it tickles, I lay there and laugh, plain and simple. No avoiding or fighting it for me! 🙂
 
I always try to resist, all part of the fun 🙂 (Usually comes out in weird noises and breaths before I inevitably break into laughter, then there's no going back)
 
I always tell myself that I'm going to be brave...until the tickling actually starts. 😉
 
Haha, I try, but I rarely succeed! The second someone starts tickling me, I'm completely helpless. For some reason, I have this weird reflex where if my upper body is being tickled, I'll kick my legs, but if someone's tickling my feet, I'll start thrashing my arms, so it's completely the opposite of what would be helpful lol
 
Yes i am trying to fight as long as i can and not to give up🙂 Against one person it is sometimes effective, but if more of my friends join against me and hold my hands for example, i m practically
without chance🙂 But fight anyway🙂
 
I have to fight it. It's in me. Some people will honestly get exasperated and lose patience, but if someone is patient, eventually I crack.
 
I will definitely try to fight and be strong. I even start trying to taunt my ler to distract him......BUT it really never works for longif the LER is skilled enough! My taunting the LER always earns me more punishment! 🙂
