Lee's - explain the smile

Obviously when you're being tickled, you're going to smile. But I always wonder... how much of it is forced, and how much of it is an awareness that even though you're being driven crazy, it's a fun game and you're enjoying the interplay with you and your ler?

I really would love to get some insightful answers on this, and keep in mind that you're all suspect! You all like it a little too much, frankly 😉

My smile when being tickled is a smile I get nowhere else, for me its a little different because I hate my smile and im very self concious of it, so when I smile normally its a smile I have trained myself to do and its not what I used to do automatically.

But when im being tickled its different because whoevers doing it will have won me over as far as my confort zone is concerned. Not many people see that side of me because unless I feel comfortable enuf to let them tdo that this to me I wont feel 100% confortable, I can finnaly let myself go and stop being afraid of what happens when I let go.

So my smile during tickling is part "yay, fun time!" part "shit, ticklishness!" and part mental and physical bliss.

Well when I am being tickled I smile because... to be honest ... it feels really good! It just makes me happy and I think its the widest my smile will ever get in life.

I think the smiles before and after are mainly because it's fun and enjoyable. The smiles during aren't necessarily under my control, though I'm sure I would be smiling anyhoots lol.

I'm just trying to get inside the headspace of the lee, I tend to get fixated on little details. For a while I was really into the clenching and unclenching of their hands in bondage. Now it's smiles 🙂

For me, it's that goofy, delicious subspace you only get from a thorough and inescapable tickling; once I finally let go it's a little like being drunk; DVNC accurately calls it 'blissin' I admit I hate watching myself on video as a 'lee because that look and that subbie smile make my dominant side feel like the village idiot, we switches have issues 🙄

I think the thing for me is that I love to love it before it gets overwhelming and love to hate it once it does. I make all sorts of faces along the way, as you've witnessed first hand. I think that I smile the most when someone is paying enough attention to get me to the edge and just keep me hanging there...not backing off enough to really regain my composure, but also not pushing enough that it gets overwhelming to the point where I flash or otherwise can't really enjoy it.

I think part of the difference is that many of us see it like this... while some of you true sadist/dom lers might prefer that we be more like this...

But, I could be wrong.

I don't know how much is forced and how much is actual enjoyment. I usually try to hold it in as much as possible anyway, which works for like 30 seconds. If I was a 'ler, I'd probably just go with the theory that if the 'lee is laughing, she's having a good time.

Sometimes it's more a grimace than a smile. Some of 'em can look absolutely pained while laughin' hysterically.

Some of 'em don't like it at all, and are pissed about the smile, to hear 'em talk. Some are compelled to challenge us to get it, and then pissed while they get it, and then happy when they got it and it's done.

That smile can be bliss, too, but it's also an autonomic response, like the laughter. What other torture causes laughter?

I mean I'm having fun and laughing, and obviously enjoying myself -- but I want to look like a hardass to be completely honest 😛 I struggle to hold it in from the very first second...and even when that moment comes that I can't help but laugh..as soon as I have a millisecond of a break that I can grasp as some small piece of control, I do it and try to hold it in again. If I have a smile on my face, it's forced, and it makes me angry!!! I'll do anything, make any other face, make any type of noise, anything at all to keep from smiling. I am ferocious after all

I get so so mad. "Stop being such a pussy!" is what's going through my head LOL I try to think of other things, distract myself, appeal to my own competitive nature and try to not give the ler the satisfaction. As far as the motivation, the natural reaction of laughing when being tickled is one, but besides that is kind of my own realization that this ler is clearly going to hang in there longer than I can possibly hold out. It's intimidating, exciting, frustrating, and actually very amusing - hence, the smile 🙂

I don't really notice if I'm smiling while 'lee-ing, I know it doesn't piss me off, though. Maybe I'm also anticipating that next bottle of beer. Oh...or pizza!!!
Actually, for me anyway, the smile is involuntary cause of all the fun I'm having being attacked.
