I saw this toon a long long time ago and it's my favorite tickling toon clip. I have never seen it posted online though. I would really like to find out. If anyone has this, please let me know. I would even pay $ for it.

We got ahold of it a couple weeks ago from a rare DVD dealer. The problem is that it's in PAL. For some weird reason, my TV/VCR/DVD player can view it. The bad news is I don't have the foggiest idea how to capture a clip from it. I'm still trying to figure it out, maybe someday I'll get there 🙂

I can always send the silly thing to someone to convert it to NTSC I suppose.
 
Hey Oblesklk, thanks for replying. That's good to hear that someone found it. I don't know anything about PAL or NTSC so I can't help you with that. I hope somehow, someday you find a way to make a clip of it. Thanks again.
