Looking for hotel recommendations -- Manhattan

I'm about to start lining up my Tickle Day 2009, when I have a bunch of models come into the hotel room, one after another, and I tickle their feet, shooting it as clips for my clips4sale store. Will be doing new stuff this year, lots of difference from what I did on TD08.

Anyway, I want to find a better hotel in midtown Manhattan to do the shooting! Want to do it there because my models are from all over the tristate area and I don't want to drag them out to the boonies to do the shoot -- Manhattan is centrally located and easy to get to/away from.

Anyone here ever shot a fetish clip in a manhattan hotel? Criteria would be:

(Relatively) moderate cost
Good lighting
Good room furniture to permit the filming
Relatively nice and clean

Have you thought about the following additional criteria:

Soundproofed enough so that neighbors and the staff don't freak out or ask you to leave (I doubt most hotel rooms are that good in that department)
Tolerant of video shoots (I understand some motels/hotels have policies against them, for legal or image reasons)

Of course, you don't absolutely have to tell them that you're doing a video shoot, but it might be hard to hide from them if the walls are thin enough or if the models get loud enough.
