I recently lost everything on my computer due to a worm, which also damaged my second hard drive. Unfortunately I had quite a few videos I'd purchased from Tickle Hell. I've sheepishly e-mailed the contact on their website and asked with hat in hand if I could reconnect to those downloads, but so far I'm being ignored, even though I've included many of the original e-mails confirming those purchases.
