Lost Videos

I recently lost everything on my computer due to a worm, which also damaged my second hard drive. Unfortunately I had quite a few videos I'd purchased from Tickle Hell. I've sheepishly e-mailed the contact on their website and asked with hat in hand if I could reconnect to those downloads, but so far I'm being ignored, even though I've included many of the original e-mails confirming those purchases.
What's the proper protocol in these cases?

I think you've likely taken the proper steps with them. I'm not sure how long a time period we're looking at. But, most companies don't just ignore people. It sometimes takes time to get back to people. Keep in mind that this is just a side project for many of these folks. Everyday life takes precedence over online activities, even when a small business is involved. Given the time of year and the amount of information you're asking them to verify, I'd give them a little more time and then just shoot them a reminder.

PS - It might be a good idea to back things up on disk in the future so you don't lose things.

That's a good idea. I got hit with a worm or trojan over a year ago that screwed up my cd-burner. Luckily I found an old zip drive at a good will store so I can back-up what I have so far before I do a reinstall.
