I just got the video with the girl in the pillory pic above (feet instead of hands), and it's pretty hot! The only other time I've seen an image like that was a tickle cartoon: http://babesinthewood.net/shan.jpg
However, during the video they don't show her back side, so it's possible that they were the feet of someone else (like a magic trick). Also, she kinda moves her head and neck around a lot; if you were locked in the stocks like that, I think it would be hard to move at all, or even breathe!
Regardless, it's still a massive turn on!
