It probably depends on a lot of things. F/M is probably a little more difficult to get into, but the M/M market is probably more open. You're looks, how ticklish you are, how the viewers respond to you, and how much you want to get paid are likely the biggest factors, aside travel distance to somebody willing to shoot the video.
