I do not agree with your logic. Just because a man wants to be tickled by another man is not a guarantee that he is gay or even has homosexual tendencies. Maybe he does, maybe he doesn't. It still doesn't guarantee anything. That's the point I've been making all along.

I've thought about tickling and being tickled by another woman. It doesn't mean I'm gay; it means I have a desire for an experience. The same should apply to guys too, IMO.

What I've learned through life experience, is that those that do the most shouting are the ones who have the issues. Are they scared of being labeled gay because they watch the video, or is it that they're scared because once watching the vid they get turned on??? With equal respect- after 35 years as a professional actor, I'm pretty familiar with gays in general, and have no issues save wondering why in all that time I've only met two straight male casting directors. But your second point's a bit illogical- by the same token, where does this leave the feminists who are constantly fulminating against rape? Frightened by the thought of being raped or frightened that once the rape is underway they might enjoy it? I think not...

Allow me to suggest a few points:

(1.) I recently learned a new word: pansexual. It refers to a state of not caring about the difference between gay and straight and not feeling the need to be classified. Considering that we sometimes have tickle play with people whom we're not going to date or marry or have sexual intercourse with, it seems to me that this is where gender lines can most easily be crossed, and the experience can be pansexual.

(2.) People can choose for themselves how they want to classify or not classify their sexual preferences. They don't need to be second-guessed by anybody else. You tell me you like man-to-man tickling and that you're straight? I believe you. You know yourself better than I know you.

(3.) If there are people on this board who feels morally superior to gays, then they are making even bigger fools of themselves than homophobes out in the general populace. I mean, for a fetishist to call a homosexual deviant is the absolute epitome of the pot calling the kettle black. Face it: we're members of an affinity group that seems just as weird and perhaps quite a bit weirder to the outside world.

By the way, I consider myself straight when it comes to whom I'd want to have an intimate romance with, but in communal fetish play situations--hell yeah, I'd play with a guy. this is a good point here. i mean, can anyone honestly say that every f/f video involves two bi or even lesbian females? no. i mean, take a look at Last Laugh's videos. IMHO, it feels to me that many of the girls that are involved in the video clips are not gay or even so inclined. granted, one or both of the models may be, but i figure at least 80% of the vids brought out by Last Laugh involve straight females just tickling the hell out of one another.

Well, Drew, I don't see anybody jumping all over Maniac Tickler (nor am I about to do so) for saying he'd rather drink battery acid than share tickle play with a guy. The way I look at it, if a person makes a remark that strikes someone else as insensitive, the question to address is simply whether there's validity to the opinion that the remark is insensitive. If you're saying that there have been instances where you said something that had no insensitive connotations whatever, and that others took offense for no reason, I would probably go down the list with you and say "I agree with you in this instance...I agree with you in this instance...I agree with your critics in this instance...I agree with you on this one...I agree with your critics on this one..." But the notion that there is a whole movement out there looking for excuses to accuse someone falsely of bigotry or insensitivity, I just can't buy, in spite of the fact that so many others, including very intelligent people, have bought it.

Illogical?? After your analogy I can see we are on two totally different POVs. Really Libertine, what does your feminist commentary have anything to do with my previous post?? I'm obviously slow on the uptake, so help me understand your perspective here.

There are women who have rape fantasies-i personally am not one of them! There are some people out here who doth protest too much about the homosexual tendencies thing. Why is there a double standard in the first place? Why are two women going at it viewed as hot by guys, but two guys sharing in their tickling passions considered gay? I just don't see the correlation and obviously we aren't going to come to any level of agreement on it. But I'm all ears and will listen to your opinions whether I agree with them or not. At this point, I just want to learn more about where you stand and why.

I couldn't agree with you more, but we are probably the only ones willing to go public with our views.

I don't want to accuse anyone of being homophobic. People have the right to their opinions whether I agree with them or not. I also know that for many on this forum, tickling is a totally sexual thing which would explain the concerns of the fellas labeling M/M tickling as gay. I say that some should open their minds; I don't think that all guys into being tickled by other guys guarantees homosexual tendencies. Even if it does, that's that fella's business and none of ours, IMO.

In terms of M/F or F/F I never found it a differences for some reason. I understand there is a big difference because one includes a hetero tickling and the other is homo. But what I don't understand is, (as I reiterate on the previous post) why is it appropriate to see F/F but not M/M? I believe M/M is treated the same was as F/M.

I think its has to do with society. The stereotype is for males to act "macho". Thus, it carries over when we are watching the tickling videos. If M/M is not tolerated in society, then most definite the majority will believe the same way in the tickling community.

Once again I could be wrong and this is just a theory I proposed.
