Malena (a Movie everyone should watch)

Wanna see what catty BS will cause in a persons life just watch Malena. She is so beautiful that all the women in the town hate her and spred vicous gossip about her (and the men aren't much better to be honest). Because of the untruths spread by the town, Malena can't find work, her father is forced to leave his teaching job, and he disowns her (he got a note saying she was balling every guy in town). Finding she has no other option, Malena ends up becoming the ********** the towns women accused her of being, and so the women get together (cause they wouldn't have the guts to do it on there own) and kick the shit out of her and cut off most of her hair. In the end the kid saves the day when Malena's thought to be dead husband returns home, and he doesn't know where she is. He tosses him a note through an open window and explains that he was the only man Malena loved, and where she went when the women forced her out of town. When Malena comes back the women who gossiped about her start kissing her ass because they knew they had been the cause of everything to begin with.

People should watch this movie and then think twice before the blurt our assumtions about people. I would include me in that as well.

My only problem with my copy was that my favorite scean (I saw a clip of it on line) has Monica Bellucci bathing herself with water from a washing pail, then she rubs a leamon all over her upper body for the sent I am guesing. It's not a blaintent sexual thing on the part of the charactor but it's one of the sexiest things I have ever seen.

Wasn't around for a couple of days, now I find this thread without posting...!

Like I followed the threads done by Slavertickler on Monica Bellucci, it so happened that I am a female who liked her a lot because of that enigmatic appeal...Yes for some reasons the women in the film wouldn't feel the same way for Malena...except for the budding teenage boy who has the most sensible feeling for her.

It was a great story of sensuality I've seen for quite sometime, especially it was combined with the innocence and sensibility of a boy who was trying hard to find manhood at his tender age...His "little" passion, no matter how immaterial it may be, would be considered deep, which led to a noble move that saved a woman's dignity (metaphoric)...

This inspired my Eroticomics too much...save for the massive change in plot and individuality...
