Manute Bol passes away

I remember Manute. He always looked like the tallest tower, on a whole court of towers, when he played. 47 is wayyy too young to go. Very sad.

sad indeed...a great humanitarian who was people first, NBA second...a man who truly wanted the world to be a better place, and spent his own millions trying to make it happen...a sad day indeed...

Years ago, I saw Manute Bol play in a summer league with of all people, Muggsy Bogues.....it was hilarious to watch the two of them together....Manute did seem like a decent chap....one of a kind...he will be missed
 
Wow! I too remember watching him play. He wasa great human being. Sad to hear this news.
