I was married fairly young, 20, and my husband to be already knew of my ticklishness from our dating. So on our wedding night, after the reception and when we arrived at the hotel for our honeymoon, he tickled me all night(of course there was a lot of intimacy too). He tickled me all through our honeymoon and has tickled me often since, for 33 years. I have no complaints.

There's lots of us out there (lers and lees) who are happily married; I think there's not been a lot input on that, because for a lot of us, the tickling isn't a huge deal, it's just part of the relationship. So, asking if there was tickling on the wedding night is like asking if there was sex involved. It's a given.

You know why I started this thread?

I had put a few questions up. And I labeled the "Girl Questions". I didn't want to shut people out, and i didn't want to be a creep to the girls, but - to my mind, anyways - they tended to be female-specific questions. Not all, but most. I also did the controversial political thread, which also got some hot around the collar, and I understand.

In all of these threads....many of the comments were..."my husband and I....."......"my wife and I....", etc etc.

So I thought, what could I do that would not be a "Girl" question, and that could bring in all the married people! And that's when I thought, oh, when I'm at a wedding, as creepy as it sounds, but hey....what can i say, I'm a creep.....I just think, the bride looks so beautiful, she should be tickled. I pronounce you man and wife...you may tickle the bride.

It just goes to show you what the institution of marriage is that this thread was first a funeral, and then a fight! I'm happy I ain't married! That's what I learned from this thread!
