Very creative concept, TM, and nicely executed too! Mr. Tickler looks a bit like a snazzier dressed Joker! His pooch scares me just as much as he does! Congratulations! Mr. Tickler should make for a good solid continuing character! Can't wait to learn what devilry he gets up to next!
