Will I get negative comments. Possibly but I had to put this out there. As a 40's Straight male who loves women. And yes like most red blooded males I like sex. But as a ( and this is what I consider myself and some might agree ) a gentleman I have had a problem with the MILF or Mother I like to fuck. I have no problem with the MILT Mother I like to tickle. but using the fuck connotation to me anyway kind of degrades women and I do not like degrading another human being. But then again, this is my opinion and I am not looking to change anyone elses mind ( though if it did it would not be a bad thing ). It is kind of like what some of the afro american leaders who are trying to outlaw the " N " word. They feel it brings them down as a race and I personally feel that using MILF does the same for our women members and all women in general. And, I am just stating my feeling. I am done now. I can see how you'd find that calling somebody a MILF is disrespectful, as it reduces their person to a sexual commodity. But, I'd argue that calling somebody a MILT does the exact same thing - it reduces them to a commodity, which for most of us, is sexual.

If your problem is with a lack of respect towards women, I can't see how you'd accept MILT. The only difference is the word "fuck," which isn't a gendered word.
 
I have been called both and I guess it depends on the situation. How it is presented. I personally do not like either one. Even though the guy may be just joking around, they have to remember that they are talking to someone who is probably quite a bit older. There should be a certain amount of respect. Well it shouldn't matter what age, there should always be respect when talking to another person. I don't make a big deal out of it but it makes me cringe a little when it is used.
 
Personally, I go with MILT. There can be women I would like to tickle, but don't necessarily have sex with. Besides, I think the meaning behind MILT is far less crass and/or obscene.
Some women could even be flattered by "MILT" as opposed to "MILF".

MILF stands for:

Mom/mother I'd LIKE TO Fuck.

Which, to me means: if she wasn't married and have kids and was still single or if I despite it all I was a total heartless, dog-bastard then yes, I would THEN nail her. (if she let me)😀

Like I said for me I have a hard time dis-respecting women so MILF is alot worse than MILT. I have no problem telling a woman I like ( not always has to be sexual, might just be someone whose company I enjoy even as a friend ) that I would love to tickle you, but I have never in my life went up to a woman and said, " I would like to fuck you ' It is not the word fuck I have a problem with, heck I use it on the highways here in California all the time, but telling a woman that all you want to do is fuck her as in MILF ( and yes I know there are some ladies out there that like the TALK ) reduces her IN MY ( get it MY ) opinion to nothing more than an object for your own ( and not her ) pleasure. always the gentlemen...it is nice to see...sometimes I take MILT as a compliment since I am older, it all depends on who it comes from and how they say it. It can be degrading from some people and makes one feel sexy coming from others..
 
I know some mother-aged women who take "milf" as a compliment. For them, I think, it's easy to feel desexualized with the societal focus on younger women.

Like most labels, it probably depends on the person.

Because if so, I'd never use it, as MILGKSWSGDWHNSRWTMHSIWASWRMODS is a bit too long for my taste.

But yes, I suppose it is rather inappropriate. Using the word 'Fuck' may be considered inappropriate too. Lots of words might be. But people still do because people are...well, people.
