Miss Ticklish pageant, feedback?

Ok, so I'm going to host the first American Miss Ticklish pageant sometime next year, and I'm looking for some feedback. Yes, I just watched the tickling paradise clip, in case you were wondering. Me and my friend thought we should totally host it here. Also, they have one in Japan, so I can't imagine it wouldn't be a success if enough people hear about it. So we'll have contestants, who'll get tickled on various parts of their body individually (there'll be sections for the different parts) and judged on various aspects (cutest laugh, reaction, ticklishness, etc.) And the audience will vote on each individually, and the girl with the most total votes will win. There will also be a cash prize (I'm thinking a percentage of admissions) for the winner, providing an incentive for the contestants to enter. Any feedback? Questions? Would you be interested? And on a final note, I contacted Addie Juniper recently, asking her to show up as a special guest star. I have yet to hear back from her, since it was recent, but there's a chance she could be there.

Like, you already have it organized and ready to go, or you're pitching it as an idea now?

I'd be down to see it if it's something you've already got the ball rolling on, but if you came expecting us to help get the entire thing going I can't say very much will come of it.

Well, for reasons I'm not going to get into, I won't be able to get the thing started until late 2012/early 2013, but I don't need any help setting it up. I'm just making sure there are folks who would want to come.

It'd be something to witness for damn sure, but I'm highly skeptical. Depending on how it goes though, yeah, sounds pretty wild. I'd be game.

Japan has a lot of stuff that wouldn't be a success here.

Personally, I wouldn't care for a pageant like that. But I think pageants in general are pretty stupid.

Personally, I remember that video you speak of, and my personal opinion of that one is as follows:

I was AMPED to finally get it in the mail, but after a few short minutes, I could tell that the laughs and reactions were simply just too fake. I was bummed...even a little pissed. Sure, some were moderately believable, but others were just plain horrible. I left thinking...either it was a total set up from the beginning....or these gals were actually trying to win some sort of prize and would "act" their way to victory. Both were valid opinions.

So I'm gonna say, if you're just looking for a way to tickle a lot of women at the same time, just to do it...good luck, you'll probably have a lot of fun. But if you're going for production value, end-profit and believability...and there's a cash prize involved....get ready for the "Ha, Ha,Ha...Hee Hee Hee.....are we done yet?"

Agreed with this guy^. If you're going to make is successful, just try to make sure that ALL contestants are legitimately ticklish at least somewhere. I know I would be pissed if I had to pay money just to sit through a bunch of fake laughter and reactions.

Not really. Travel expenses, hotels, meals, that would add up, and it's not like this is going to attract a big enough crowd to warrant the expenses.

Thanks for the tip, but all the girls are hand-picked by me, and I've seen enough shitty tickling paradise clips to know what you guys are talking about. So yeah, I'll be making sure the girls piss themselves.
