myspacetv is just like youtube flv files. im certain theres a converter for that.

To bad my Flashplayer is fucking me around and I can't watch anything from Youtube, LiveVideo, or MySpace.

If you look at it in Firefox, type in address bar
about:cache
This will tell you what directory it caches to. After viewing the movie on myspace, look in that directory for recent, large files. In this case, the movie ended up being (on my box) a little over 5MB. I renamed it to have a .flv extension, and can now play it locally with flvplayer.
