this si my latest artwork and another shot at background art.
it shows a made up character being punished for stealing shoes.
a kind of "punishment fits the crime".

Public display and humiliation, just like in the good ol' delicious days of Salem justice! Entirely appropriate that a kleptomaniac should receive this penalty for thieving footwear... let the punishment fit the crime! (it's hard to imagine what would have happened to him if he were guilty of stealing a hat!) Your total-environment artwork continues to impress... the bright, sunny weather (a perfect time to be outdoors!), shiny city-scape and well-braced stocks (with separate hooks for the socks!) tell a warning tale of the price of youthful hijinks in urban paradise! "TCPD", by the way? A police station, clearly... "Tickle City Police Department", by any chance? Just a wild guess.

yet again you have got every little clue and guessed the police department sign.
yes this poor man is in tickle city!!
i added the police station so that it was easy to see that it was an official law enforcement, but then again i did have the sign.....

yep and if they do try to help free him then they shall also be punished.

If that was the punishment for stealing shoes I'd give up my current job and become a full-time thief!
