Personally, I think the man in this article is a pig. It is bad enough to assault a female by non-consentually tickling her, but to do it to a teenager is simply foul! I have a 14-yr old daughter and if someone did that to her, he'd be in a lot of trouble since she wears size 11 shoes! He'd be singing soprano for years to come.

Tickling of minors is not considered in this forum so I wouldn't be overly concerned about our image here. Besides, some of the greatest people there are to meet do so right here on the TMF regularly😀

The child is 10 years old. She is his daughter.

This man, who's under investigation by the Division of Youth and Family Services where the child lives, was sworn in as a judge last Monday even though these charges are pending.

Doesn't seem all that "anti-tickling".

That man harrassed an underage girl.
If he caressed or kissed her, facts wouldn't change.

I don't think casual readers would think of tickling as evil or perv.
If he had sex with her, ppl wouldn't think of sex as evil, would they?

The article doesn't seem anti-tickling at all, it seems that this guy got in trouble for sexually harassing a young girl. Only once in the artickle does it say tickling, where they're talking about the things he did.
