I took my g/f to dinner this evening, and afterwords, took up where we left off several nights ago....a little tickle testing (no torture tonight...just enough tickling to get her giggling and squirming 😀
Traci allowed me to tickle various areas (her bare feet, knees, underarms, waist, ribs) to see how long she would hold back her giggles (nowhere for more than twenty seconds), but we noticed something unusual.....consistently Traci was able to withstand the tickling without laughing LONGER on the sole of her left foot vs her right. On her left foot, Traci began losing control in 11-12 seconds....while on her right foot, it was 5-6 seconds at best before she began laughing (her feet are even more ticklish than at age 13...and as she theorized, is probably the result of being barefoot less outside nowadays...esp. in winter, and frequent pedicures).
I tickled both of Traci's soles several times, and it was the same result every single time...and I'm wondering if anyone else is like that (or has tickled anyone with similar differences in ticklishness between the left and right sole). Traci is right handed (she suggested that might have something to do with it)...and also suffered a fractured left ankle while skiing about 15 years ago.
Thanks in advance 🙂
