I kind of have 2 and am not sure which is more ticklish. My wifes ex boss is very very ticklish my wife ran a finger up her insole and she jumped off the couch giggling. I really wish she still worked for her sometimes. The second was a tenant and I did not touch her personally but even her little boy grabbing her around the neck tickled her horribly. The single time I saw her accidently and it was actually an accident poked in the ribs she literally went to the floor in a heap. Those are the best I know of.

Tobi is lucky for he is surrounded by around dozen of most ticklish girls he ever saw... and he is having some fun from time to time. Seriously I never thought that girls in my country were so ticklish. I know at least four girls that are afraid when you show them the feather... i wonder why 😀

Really! Well, that gives hope to whomever you might be tickling!

Meanwhile, I reluctantly have to say it's MYself. I've tickled women who've been flinchy, who've been squealy, who've been positively convulsive, but none of them ever found the sensation to be as giddily incapacitating as I do; my every instinct is to make the tickling stop even as my facility to do so drops precipitously. No wonder I've never been able to win a tickle fight; no wonder that, even when I desperately don't want to be seen succumbing to ticklishness--when attacked in the office at work, for instance, or in the company of people I don't particularly like--I can't resist the effects of the fingers brushing against me.

Correction: I did know someone, a girlfriend, who was roughly as ticklish as I was--she absolutely couldn't stand it either. I don't think she was more so, though. I wrote about her here:
