Like I said, that doesn't matter. First, from the company's perspective, they can't be sure of this about you. Second, you don't have to sue them for them to have trouble over this. Any other employee who saw it or even heard it and felt uncomfortable about it would have a sexual harassment claim. Sad, but true.
Third, you were injured (minor or not, it doesn't matter) at the workplace as the result of an employee doing something that he didn't have any business doing. If you're an assistant manager then I shouldn't have to tell you that that's the kind of thing that gets people fired.
