Nails or fingertips ???

Definitely the nails. Start with the fingertips until they can't stand it, then go to nails for INCREASED tickling.
 
Fingertips massaging my ribs, underarms and inner thighs tickle me a lot more but nails on my feet, neck and butt work better. It's good to mix it up, don't let the lee get used to any one sensation
