I just got home after a 3 hour drive from Philly. Most of the NEST'ers are back at the hotel and still whooping it up. I gotta say, this was a fantastic turnout. As we told Rob earlier, there was over a hundred people there. I'm sure there will be many posts to come in the next few days.
The Club
This particular club was the biggest and coolest place I've ever seen for any NEST main event, plus it was the easiest to get to for somebody like me coming from the south. The club had some interesting decor, and a bit of a tropical look to it. I saw a neon palm tree at one point. One gal whispered to me at one point, "I think this is a SEX club." I looked at the numerous dancing poles, the private rooms and the picture of the erupting volcano on the wall, and was forced to agree. There was a large area in which the floor was covered in large cushions. Walking around in there felt like walking on a couch. Lot's of folks tickling and getting tickled in that area.
The People
Now, I'm going to overlook somebody, so don't take it personal if I do. I'm tired and it's late.
There were the regulars, of course. Max Speer, Lee Allure, Mkeemer, Ann & Drew, Venray and Venraya, Lite and Kwildoctor, Milagros, Bratgirl, Spenser and M, Danimal and Ayla, Tommytickle, Jonmath and Kittentoes, TickleChicago, plus some guys who I don't know their screen names, but I see every year. One guy is Pat, and the other is Jeff.
Then there are people I've seen at one or two prior NESTS. Tickleshotel, Ticklee1973, MTP Jeff, ticklishgiggle, Snail Shell, Italian Touch, Viper GTS, Irishgirl5, RChello, TicklerBart, TickleJen, Alchemy, and probably a bunch I'm not remembering at the moment.
Finally, there were many people I'd never seen at NEST before. Barefeetarebest, Classy, Spareme, Scared, Bugman, Kered, PokeyInMich, Oddjob, Avenger314, WorkInProgress, Amnesiac, ASUtickler, Minerva,
The activities
There was a game of Distraction between the Sistahood and the Brotherhood. The ladies were victorious yet again, and no doubt us guys will be eating crow for weeks to come.
There were many kidnappings, but the one I actually saw occurred right in front of me. Classy was kicked back in a S-curved chair getting her foot massaged by somebody whose name escapes me at the moment. She was in a state of profound relaxation. About six guys walked by and just swooped her up and were gone like in the space of a second and a half. I'd never seen anything like it in my life. I saw her a bit later and she seemed none the worse for wear.
Jonmath gave an outstanding demo of tickle torture on his lovely wife, Kittentoes. It was very interesting, as he really knows her spots. Kittentoes is always the epitome of beauty and this NEST was certainly no exception. Her laughter filled the room as we all watched in awe and wonder.
One of the last events of any NEST main event is the Raffle. Several prizes were provided by artists and film makers donating their works specifically for the NEST raffle. In my opinion, the biggest winner of that raffle was Milagros. His prize? He got tied and tickle tortured by two smoking hot blonde models.
There was of course lots of tickling happening. My tickling occurred when Angie bound me to a frame in which I was standing with my arms spread wide over my head. I was tortured by Angie, Lite, Ayla, and Venraya. Lite is a big fan of pockets, and she enjoyed making me dance. Ayla still remembered the style of tickling Lee Allure once used on me three years prior. I call this particular move "the defibrilater.: Ten fingers plunged into the ribcage, forcing the victim in a deep arch and silent scream. Yeah. It's intense.
I was really psyched to meet some of these folks. Spareme is every bit as hot as her sig pic suggests, and just as sweet as a woman can be. Minerva is also beautiful and a real pleasure to talk to with her European accent. Scared had a beautiful dog with her, and I regret not being able to chat with her more than the brief hello we shared. I chatted with ASU, Kered, Bugman, and PokeyInMich, WorkInProgress, Avenger314, and Amnesiac. You just can't find a better bunch of guys to call friends. Oddjob actually gave me a birthday present. It seems I just turned 50.
