Me likey too! Ms. Dell (aka "Needle") brims with Yankee confidence, so trim and proud in her slick khaki battle armor! Yet... a tk level of only zero? We'll never win any conflicts that way! Something must be done to improve her ranking! Perhaps the good General Zadov has a training regimen in mind...

Zero-level it's not bad level. 🙂 At a zero-level the soldier has initial military preparation, but did not participate in combat operations.
But, she will receive the advanced training. 🙂
