Still grieving the losses of both of my teams today....
Not that I have anything against the Patriots, I like new blood in the Super bowl. I wanted the Colts and the Eagles and they both sucked rocks today! Shall we play the chorus of Taps in their memory? Besides, I hate Bill Belechick!!!! Want to guess what football town I'm from????????

i'll give the Patriots props. they surivived. Ty Law had a huge game by picking off Manning 3 times. although i know their hearts stopped for a moment when Brady fumbled. luckily for the Patriots, he was down..... should be an interesting SuperBowl.
Personally, I was just happy not to see Green Bay or Tampa again! I'm glad that Carolina's going. Whodathunkit? The NFC basement team going to the Super Bowl? Talk about an underdog? I hope they represent well, win or lose.

Yeah the town that hasn't won a championship since 1964.
What exactly do you have against Bellichik? (The BEST coach in the NFL and has been for quite some time) He had nothing to do with the Browns moving and in fact was fucked over by the move. He did the right thing in benching Kosar, his ankle was fucked and his arm was going.

When Belechick was with the Browns, he didn't know squat!!! He was just thrown in there when Schottenheimer left and because he came cheap as Modell's flunkie. As far as Kosar was concerned, his "diminished skills" got him the ring in Dallas. Art Modell was always about Modell and used Belechick to stick it to Kosar. If you don't live here in the city, you don't necessarily get all the details.
Belechick was without a backbone and was Modell's flunkie. He was eventually run out of town by Modell when he couldn't get the job done. Anyone from the Cleveland area hates the both of them because the team hasn't been right since. Good to know he finally learned the game of football well enough to take a team he adopted from someone else and make them champions. It doesn't make me like him any better if he wins the next ten superbowls!

Yo Ray...I was a cheerleader for BC (ahtletic scholarship,) dated Dougie's best friend (and room mate,)the guy who caught the BIG PASS during the Cotton Bowl, Gerard Phelan...Woo hoo! Go Pates!

That team had a lot of injuries and BB ALMOST had them in the playoffs, then Modell moved the team without BB even knowing it was going to happen. Had the Browns won one more game that year BB would have been Coach Of The Year in the NFL. Sports Illustrated said that season was one of the best coaching jobs ever. It wasn't BBs fault Modell elected to go into a salary drawdown...

I happen to be very proud to be a Clevelander, BB or no BB. There is NOTHING typical about Clevelanders. We are unique and since we live here and you don't, you have no clue about what goes on here. I suggest you keep the personal comments to yourself and enjoy the game.
You seem to enjoy keeping stuff going in order to make things more important than they really are. IT'S ONLY A FOOTBALL GAME!!! It's not like I pay to go and see them. If it's not on free television, I don't see them. In other words, it doesn't excite me nearly as much as it seems to do for you!
It's time to give this particular post a rest and go onto something more stimulating and intelligent. If you need the "last word" this would probably be the place for it. And just in case you didn't see my previous post:
