If you guys want to take a crack at helping with translation, I managed to extract the game's scripts. You can see here: http://www.ticklingforum.com/showthread.php?276900-New-japanese-TRPG&p=4098736#post4098736

I'm considering running all of it through Google Translate, but there will be...fixes necessary. Many of them, probably. Especially if the Google Translate Translator's Toolkit thing doesn't allow for phrasebook stuff, to correct for stuff like "wahaha" being translated as "is mother."
