After that wild ending in the Big Easy the Texans must have felt they were sucker punched. They survived a nail biter today with a 13-12 win over Jacksonville, dropping the Jags to 0-2.

The Steelers also fall to 0-2 losing to Seattle 28-26. Thanks Seahawks. 😀

The Bucs over Carolina 20-14. Something is wrong with Cam Newton.

New England 43 Miami 0. In two games the Dolphins have scored 10 points and given up 102. Maybe they can play some junior college or high school teams. Might be their only chance of winning a game this season.

In Detroit the Lions shocked the Chargers 13-10. 😀

After a bad first quarter Mahomes caught fire in the second stanza with over 300 passing yards and 4 scores leading the Chiefs to a 28-10 win over the Raiders. He finished the game 30 of 44 for 443 yards and 4 TDs. Can't get Watkins going? No problem - enter Demarcus Robinson who caught 6 balls for 172 yards and two scores. Kelce added 107 yards on 7 catches and a score. Kudos to the defense who sacked Carr three times and picked off two passes. In the first two games Mahomes has 831 yards and 7 touchdown passes playing on a sore ankle.

The Bears go to Mile High and knock off Denver 16-14. Good job Bears. 😀

No revenge for the Saints today. They lose to the Rams 27-9. Brees left in the first half with a thumb injury on his throwing hand.

The 49ers destroy the Bengals 41-17.

The Steelers lose Big Ben for the season. Going to be an interesting season going forward for Pittsburgh.

Tom Brady, at 42 does a goal line leap for a TD and Cam can't? Yeah, something's wrong with Cam.

The Colts had "suck for Luck", you think Miami will "tank for Tagovailoa". Sad because it's only week 2 and Dolphins fans deserve better.

Chiefs offense keeps on rolling. Spagnolo has the defense playing pretty decently, maybe he was a good DC hire. Let's hope it continues.

If Garoppolo can stay healthy, the 49ers may be formidable this year.

Saints/Rams take two- inadvertent whistle wipes out a Saints fumble recovery for a touchdown, they can't catch a break. Not a break, but a torn ligament in Drew Brees' thumb sidelines him for six weeks. Let's go Teddy Bridgewater!!

With Darnold out with mono and Siemian going out with an injury, the Jets are down to their third string QB and down to the Browns 16-3 at the half.


It's amazing that it's only week two and a handful of teams are having to rely on their back-up quarterbacks for a significant portion of the season.

Happy with the way the Ravens have started the season. Arizona gave a good fight. Lamar wasn't perfect in week 2, but he got the job done(with his arm and legs) and sealed it with a perfect sideline throw to Brown. Secondary looked rough in this game though, and it has me really concerned about the Chiefs. I think Lamar and the offense will do their thing in that game, but I don't think the defense will be able to do enough against Mahomes.

The thing that floors me about Mahomes TD throws are that they weren't your garden variety 8, 10, or 15 yard throws. He has 7 TD throws. One was for a paltry 3 yards. The other six were from 39, 27, 42, 44, 68 and 49 yards and brought in for scores! I can see one of these working, but to do it this consistently is amazing! Props to his receivers to get open, but he still has to get the ball to them. He is on pace again to throw 50+ TDs in a season, AGAIN!
