It was announced about 12 minutes ago that the NHL and Players Union have reached a tentative agreement which will save the season.
 
Yeah!! Hockey is back, albeit abbreviated.

Don't know if this comment will stir a hornets' nest, I was never a Bud Selig fan, thought he was average at best, but Gary Bettman is probably worse. He has been the commissioner of the NHL for ten years and this is the THIRD work-stoppage of his tenure. How does the NHL not have an average CBA for longer than three years.

Enough of the negativism. HOCKEY IS BACK!! WAHOO!!
