I have never made hash, but i do pretty good eggs. tow egs, broken and fried, wth a piece of hot pepperjack cheese in the middle, couple of pieces of bacon, wheat toast. I am good to go.

I use Nature Seasons rather than salt and pepper for seasoning. I'm ready when you are, lol.
