I've got some strange ache in my ankles. Have felt it all day. :S
 
Don't know many streches for the ankle, but I'll try those I know. 🙂
Yeah, I do too. 🙂 Especially since it's so annyoing to walk when it hurts like that :S

Owie! My ankles act up from time to time. I've broken both at one time or another and the many sprains I've had in my years of playing sports have made my ankles act up many times. Stretching should help! Feel better soon sweetie! :twohugs:
