Notice: improved image quality for the Low Roads series.

I'm very pleased to report that, as of 4-13-12, all Artists Pad artwork for the Low Roads series to date (Chapters 1-26) has been rescanned at a larger size for improved definition. Also, some of the coloring, especially that in the earliest chapters, has been reworked so that it more closely reflects the quality of the later, better polished submissions. As a consequence, the file sizes are slightly larger than they once were (most within the 400-650 KB range); if anyone has trouble with these rescans, please let me know.
