I also prefer clean, but if they're feminine and pretty dirtiness isn't enough to stop the urge to tickle them. 😉
 
I think it depends on technique. I think you if you do it right you can tickle good between the toes with nylons on. In fact, I think between the toes in nylons can be really ticklish🙂
 
All of them work pretty well, but I find bare to be most fun, because it allows you to use the most tools, and you can put your signature on the feet when you're done XD

Nylons are my favorite. 😉 Thin socks are sexy too, but none of this matters if my victim doesn't take good care of her feet.
 
As a lee, I'm mostly bare foot, except for shoes but if I was going to wear something, it would be stockings or silk stockings. Being bare foot doesn't stop ler's for tying me up and putting stockings/nylons on me.. ever think of that? 😛
