How do you like to tickle feet?

I prefer first nylon and then I rip the nylons and tickle them bare

Personally I'm fine either way, but I prefer being allowed to 'unwrap my present' so to speak. Ripping off nylons is also hot (one by one and at one point testing which is more ticklish and go the other way around during another tickling session). Let the bill for reserve nylons grow, it's worth it.

As for socks. Well, they increase the 'unwrapping the present' feeling. 😉 I prefer dark-coloured heel socks for her to wear or sheer transparent white sock. They have to go off eventually either way.
