What is the book you read that most influenced your life?
 
1947 Chateau Lafite Rothschild. I drank it in 1967 at my brother's wedding (illegally as I was underage).

What is the best wine (in your opinion) that you ever tasted?
 
My favorite wine is of the nero d'avola grape from Sicily. It's red and quite dry.

Are expensive wines really that much better, or will $10-15 wines suffice?
 
If you have tasted the better wines, then it is hard to go back to the $10-15 ones. 🙁

What is your favorite beer?
 
I like sours, I've recently come to discover. There's one called Clover Club (by Hopewell Brewing) that's pretty tasty. Otherwise I'me a cider fella.

What's your cocktail of choice?
 
Single malt whiskey with a glass of water on the side. (I don't drink mixed drinks.)

Do you like Champagne?
 
Probably either a DOS version of Tetris or the Oregon Trail.

When was the last time you wore roller skates?
 
Yes, though not in many many years. Suffered a skinned knee or two back in the early 90s when I did it last.

Do you own a bicycle?
 
I don't often, but I like mildly spicy food. When it gets to be about the heat instead of the flavor, I stop liking it.

Do you enjoy various curries?
