What is your favorite John Denver song? ( You and Amanda Bear aren't the only ones who like John Denver. 😛 )

Always happy to meet a fellow John Denver Fan. I tell people all the time that he is one of the best poets ever. His songs were poetry.

My favorite songs? I have so many but I would have to say that Poems, Prayers and promises, Calypso and Christmas for cowboys would be at the top of the list. Annies song is also a classic.

Holiday Traditions? Man I will tell you that they vary from year to year.

For Thanksgiving it usualy spent at my parents house. We all pitch in making a nice dinner and afterwards we will play cards and listen to Christmas music.

At Christmas time, we have a gift opening On Christmas eve for the kids.We will sing some Christmas songs while play my harmonica and Keyboard. Then on Christmas day we get together for a meal and a fun day with the nieces and nephews. As of the last 6 years, I will play Santa Clause at charity organizations before Christmas day. Which reminds me I have to start making some phone calls. I hope to get into the Childrens cancer center this year. Wish me luck!

Hey Leaf. Thanks for asking. My mother is doing Fine at the moment. My dad is recoverivng from hisw heart attack and should be home today of tomorrow.

Well, it sure wasn't being called boring!!! LOL.

Three possitive things from Yesterday are as follows.

1. father improved yet again nd is feeling better

2. I am closing in on finishing one of my books.

3. I made friends with yet another person on this forum.

All good things in my book.

You know what, I went through a period in my life where some of my dreams manifested into some of my reality. I started reading books on dreams, and astral travel. One of the books I read said to write down what I could remember about my dreams and so I did. No too long afterward I began to piece together some of them and I wrote a short story. I still do analyze dreams although I feel a lot of what the books I read said was a buch of hooey!🙂

It is now the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim. It is simply because Stupid Artie Moreno thought it would pull an LA fan base. He is a moron because they already had that. They will always be the Anaheim Angels to me. The Dodgers did not change their name to the Anaheim Dodgers of Los Angeles to get a Anaheim following. They do not have a retarded owner. Oh well. That is the end of my rant. And yes, Mils is not going to be happy. I was rooting for them.

Very busy. My father came home today and I have many doctors appointments to take him too. My mother has an appointment with the cancer doctor. I sure hope they both get better.

I write both actually. It is a funny thing but when I am feeling a little sad I write my best happy and joyous work and when I am happy I write some dark stuff. I wrote a poem the other day about the final moment of death. I have learned much about different stlyles from Frost to Poe.
