Typically both, I think about what I would do.. then I think about the other ways and the outcomes of all, then I usually act. But if I don't have time to think about it, then I go by instinct.

Jordan has been awfully sick all day (103+ temp, coughing, sneezing, etc.).. So I ended up eating one of my weight watchers meals. Broccoli and cheddar roasted potatoes.
