Old AOL tickling chatroom

remember that room back in the late 90s too. My sister had a computer with aol at her home as she was the first to get a computer in our family this must have been around 95 or 96 and I was shocked to find a tickling chat on aol. So shocked in fact that I had to shut off the computer and turn it back on as I could not believe my good fortune in finding such a thing on the internet. The first tickling web site I saw was ticke gals site out of San Francisco I was even blessed with the fortune of chatting with her one night on here. And I went by this same name as now only with one 6 in it.

Let's go back a little further, to the early 90s and a CompuServe forum called "Foot and Tickle Play". Anyone remember that? I think my handle there was LetsTickle.

I'd be curious to know how many of you actually still use AOL.

not on your life..when i bought this computer two summers back, AOL was free for six months..but we didn't last that long with it...switched to cable, and lost all those chat places...i remember the special interest groups..but don't recall any tickling ones..however back then, i wasn't aware that tickling was more common than i knew...and this also was my very first computer..before two summers ago...i was computer clueless..

I know there are some of you who used to chat in the old AOL room called "Tickling" under "Special Interests." I started coming in when I was about 17... first under the name Gigglecutie08 and then OceanicLovey82. Then it kind of died out...

So where are all you former AOL chatters? Speak up, and tell us what your screenname was. It'd be nice to catch up with friends I haven't talked to in awhile, and I'm sure there are others who feel the same way.

Your old screennames ring a bell. i used to be Etracer66.

Oh yes, I remember that room. I typed in the search and there it popped up, I couldn't believe it. I was the same name I use here, 'tckleguy'.

Thanks for the memories. That chat room was my first home on the internet...back in 97 when a guy whose screen name was Simon333 used to host a weekly organized chat. I think it was every Friday night. That was where I first met Havsoker...good to see you're still around Hav. My screen names there were LafsEZ (I think that's how I spelled it) and KTKL104.

Simon also put out a weekly email publication called The Tickle Files, which he changed to the T-Files. I used to look forward to getting those weekly emails.

I well remember Simon333, he was a great guy and very active online back in the Olden Days.

I remember when Friday nights in the AOL Tickling Chat room were actually about tickling. It was really a great experience and I enjoyed visiting with folks who shared this common interest.
