Does anybody know, which is the oldest tickling clip. I mean not a 10 seconds sequence, but more of the kind of the fetish clips we got today.
Does it exist any footage from the 50' or the 40'? Did it ever exist?
I wonder because I suppose tickling fetishist predate the web I suppose.
I wonder if somebody ever put a tickling torture sequence (minutes or more) on film before the TMF.
Does anybody knows?
 
The Something Weird video company has thousands of hours of vintage fetish material from the 50s and 60s. And some of these do have tickling segments.

The oldest one I've seen was in black and white, silent, and maybe dates back from the late 40s or early 50s. The scenerio involves a female burgalar breaking into another woman's room, tying her up and tickling her with either a feather or piece of string. Yeah, it's pretty cheesy-looking but it's cool because both woman look like they're in the late 30s.

This is true, but it shouldn't stop the joy of the moment. I kind of prefer the strip tease clips from the black and white day. The dancing and presentation I find much more sensual and sexy than todays style, and the jazz music much more soulful and sensual than the boom boom music of today. I'm kind of glad Something Weird has dedicated themselves to preserving these gems from an era long gone by. God knows where these strip tease artists are today, but in the moment of making these films, they were alive, vibrant, young and beautiful.
Like anything recorded or filmed, it becomes timeless, working through time. John Lennon's been dead 30 years, but them Beatle recordings still have the life and energy they put into them way back when. The original Star Trek is still in syndication, Enreco Caruso recordings are still available to wow opera lovers 90 years after they were recorded. It's all good.
 
Uh...I would include that scene in the Popeye short 'Bridge Ahoy', from about 1935 or so. Who cares if it's animated?
 
I think the oldest F/M scene was in the Laurel and Hardy movie WAY OUT WEST, which must go on for about 5 minutes. The first time I saw I literally couldn't believe it.

So what's that then the 1930's ?
 
Here is a clip from what looks like the 50s. It doesn't have sound and looks a bit staged, as many fetish films did back then. I have heard there was silent movie version made (from around the 1920s) of the Victorian classic, "A Man With A Maid" which features alot of tickling with feathers. If such a film exists I would love to feast my eyes on that! :sherlock:

That is a post production fake. The audio quality alone is a dead give-away. The first sound on film didn't really get going until 1925 and even that sucked ass at the time.

In answer to the OP's query... if memory serves me correctly, there are some vintage Bettie Page BDSM shorts out there on the web, what year, I couldn't say. At least two include tickling.
 
C.A.B. is correct with both halves of his answer. The above clip is a fake, quality is WAY too good on sound for 1915, unless Doc accidentally left a camcorder behind when he visited the year with his time traveling train.

There were some Bettie Page films where tickling played a part in the general BDSM activities on the clips. These would have been filmed in the '50's Most of this material is lost though, and has not been seen in decades, as it was destroyed in the porn witch hunts of the era. I wager clips will surface from long hidden collections eventually, and I'm sure the Bettie Page collectors of the late 80's turned up a few (there was a huge craze over her at the time) so perhaps someday they will be seen.

Definitely a fake, a product of imagination and windows movie maker no less. It was more to give an example of wharwhat interest people have even for vintage tickling.
