My name comes from my affectionate (and erotic) nature. I have always been very good at giving massages and I have frequently been told that I should become a massage therapist. I was told that I had the Magic Touch.
I carried that magic touch over from massages to tickling as well and for the past 24 years or so, I have had the nickname, magictouch.
This name was taken in a chatroom long ago so I shortened it to mgctouch.
I needed a SN to join this forum of course. The first SN I had here was Storm_Cat (still my SN at TT). I thought of that because of the industry I have been in for over 10 years. Storm Cat was a very famous and pre-potent Thoroughbred stud horse, and his progeny are usually very good racer's, and have carried on his genes through the generations.
Shortly after, I saw Lotr 2 for the very first time, and thought that the character Faramir fit more, due to the relationship I have with my father.
rocking rhymes with tickling
rocking is the movement used to tickle
I love rock
Friends nicks me "piedra" which means "rock"
And I want to be the king of free tickling roc-king clips!
i seem to remember the rock group krokus sang a song called "eating the rich". am i wrong?
a while back i started a thread asking members which screen names they thought were the most interesting....not quite the origen question, but related.
I only know that one song Baron. I bet one of DJs here could tell ya though!
And I totally blew it--I should've asked that question instead. If you look at the bottom there is occasionally some that are very, um, interesting. 😛
XOXO
PS Dan--OMG, this isn't the B&D forum? (Smacks forehead) Doh! I wish someone had told me that sooner...😛
And watch it with the short jokes Mister--not EVERYONE gets to be 7 feet tall!
......my "handle" is not directly connected to the wild west. It has to do with my interest in WW2 history (currently being re- written by Neutron to give the impression it was won single handedly by the U.S. which most Americans think is true anyway) and more specifically the Battle of Britain.
The common term used by Allied pilots having sighted the enemy was "Bandits at Two O,clock" or more usually "Tally Ho!" which is taken from an old English fox hunting term. However, the German pilots equivalent term in the same situation was "Red Indian!" So I decided to use it as my handle.
I was joking around on the air about what my superhero name would be, and suggested The Sean Man (which of course I said in a mighty pompous newsman type voice). Didn't think much of it afterwards, but noticed many listeners caught it and insisted on calling me that. At least it's better than some names I've been called
It stems back to a night three weeks into my first year of university. I used to have hair reaching almost too my belt and I'm tall. I had been working for hours trying to make the calculations work for a biology lab that I had, but the numbers would not settle. Finally out of sheer frustration, a stalked downstairs to another res room to see if another guy I had seen in my class was still up (2:00 am). I saw a light under the door and noticed the door wasn't quite closed...so I kicked the door open, tilted my head back and roared while holding the sheaf of lab papers over my head. (Luckily, he was working on the same lab and having a similar problem). From inside the dark room, all he could see was this giant silouhette with hair all over the place, roaring in his doorway. He cried: "Oh my God, its an Ogre!" The rest is history (we're still best friends).
When I first ventured into cyberspace a few years ago, I was signing up on AOL on the phone. I couldn't think of a name off the top of my head so they asked me 3 questions and said I should check my email. So there I was, shdwcoder. Shadow is the cat and coder is my job title. Nothing very original or intriguing in that, LOL
The song "Ballroom Blitz" was written and performed by a band called "The Sweet." They also wrote "Fox On The Run" and "Little Willy."
Krokus was that AC/DC sound alike band that had a few hits in the 80's. I think one was called "Eat The Rich." They weren't that bad, but they faded fast.
I was hoping someone would ask something like this. I registered on TMF in February 2004. I did not know a whole lot about what TMF was, so one of the mods. was "showing me the ropes". (Pardon the expression!) Anyway, I saw quickly that I needed to come up with a cute screen name. I have the "Mary's Armpits" video that I got from MTP. Incidently, for those who don't know, my real name is Mary. And my favorite place to be tickled is on my armpits, which are very ticklish. I had also just finished watching the Mary's armpits video right before I registered. The name just kind of came to me quickly, and I typed "ticklisharmpits".
When I originally joined the TMF, my name was Ticklish_Faerie. I was obsessed with faeries (I still love em, but not as crazily). I was in the chatroom and someone said something about how if my name was Ticklebell, it would still have the faerie reference, as it would be a play on the name Tinkerbell (and Peter Pan is my all-time favorite book. Seriously, it's just beautiful.), and it would be simpler. The other name was bugging me. So I had it changed.
I believe there was an old thread about this topic that I posted in, but since there are a lot of new members and I've come out of lurking (at least for the moment), I'll share. Very simple, really. The initials of my name are A.M.K. (Alexander M. Kim) and my area code is 714 (no, I'm not giving out my phone number unless you're female and want to be a ticklee). 😛
Thanx again y'all. amk--I'm semi-new to board, joined last fall. Someone was kind enough to direct to the old thread but it was a couple years back, I think. There's lots of new members since then.
I still haven't heard from anyone who's screen name made me go "wtf???" 😛
But I do notice those folks rarely post and everyone's answer here has been interesting...Hope everyone's having great Sunday!
My name comes from the mascot of my college, Bloomsburg University. 'Round they, they claim the Husky (much like UConn), and I was in the marching band there for four years. Hence, HuskyMarcher. I've also popped around as BUAPOBro, BU = Bloomsburg University, APO = Alpha Phi Omega, the service frat I was a brother in, hence Bro, and BlueArmyMan, with Blue Army being a reference for Aerosmith fans, myself a massive one 🙂
DSKO was the begining stock ID of ever promotional DJ only 12'' single on Atlantic records between 1975 - 1980. And DJ is cause I am an ex DJ..and of corse, disco is my life and always will be 🙂 Simple😉
