Tie them down to an "X" frame, and with a not fully sharp Xacto Knife, start by cutting off the very tips of the pinkies...

No painkillers, no nothing....

And throw the tips to a few waiting dogs...

And keep going, 24/7, millimeter by millimeter, until nothing remains.

Videotape it, and use it in sessions where child abusing parents are a problem....

Becoming a parent is not a "right" it is a priveledge and comes with a hell of a lot of responsibility that some people simply don't have in them.

Sort of like driving....except you actually need to go through a course and take tests before you can drive. ....hmm...Maybe the same should be done for parenting? (...then again, there are morons with driver's liceanses..)
