Phoebe has been trying to get her boyfriend in so she can tickle him for almost 2 months but our schedules kept conflicting. Now she finally has him where she wants him, bound to be tickled. Phoebe grabs a hairbrush and pulls back his toes to get a bit of sole tickling but he struggles so much she can barely hold on to them. I can see why she wanted us to restrain him now.
