All right, I am F.N. pissed off now. After years of U.S. marketting gear World War 2 video games for american audiences they finally put out a game that involves other allies, and who do they put in it. The US (Understandable considering the main market) The Brittish (No problems there) and Russia... RUSSIA !!! What the hell is that about, the Russian army didn't even come into the war until the German's broke there none agretion treaty. Not to take away from the efforts they made on the battle feild, but for the love of God what about us!
Canada was in the war fron the word go, our Allie and "mother" Great Brittan were under attack by the Axis Powers. Our army (then a power house) Spear-headed alot of battles, and we pulled General Pattens fat ass out of the fire so man god damb times it's a wonder he wasn't busted down to a PFC. I'm not trying to knoc any nations contrabution durring this the greatest of all battles against the evilest movment of the 20th century, however if you were to go by movies and books you'd think that Canada didn't even take part in WW2. My Grandfather drove a Flamthrougher/Tank during the war, her was on the beaches on D-Day (and the Canuck faced the heaviest armed part of the beach), and he took a sniper bullet in the bible, (actualy a small cross in his breast pocket that saved him).
I can't recall what this game is called but I employ that all Canadian's (and anbody who feels we deserve equal billing) should boycott this game. If you know that name of this game please post it, and the name of the company. I for one intend to call and inform them that I am boycotting not only this game but any game that they put out. I hope my friends hear at the Forum will join me in this action.
